Phase I:
The Phase I exam is an online objective test consisting of 160 questions.
The exam is divided into four sections – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
Each section carries 40 marks, making the total marks 160.
The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
Phase II:
The Phase II exam consists of two parts – objective and descriptive.
The objective test is conducted online and consists of 3 sections – Reasoning, English Language, and General Awareness.
The descriptive test is conducted offline and consists of a test of English Language – Essay, Precis, Comprehension, and Business/Office Correspondence.
The total marks for Phase II are 200, with the objective test carrying 150 marks and the descriptive test carrying 50 marks.
The duration of the objective test is 3 hours and the duration of the descriptive test is 30 minutes.
