Kevin Pietersen has supported England to beat India at the T20 World Cup semi finals, despite Virat Kohli’s revival.
For a place at the 2022 T20 World Cup final, England will face India at Adelaide Oval on Thursday morning.
Jos Buttler’s team finished second in Super 12 Group 1 with three wins from their four matches. India was the winner of Group 2 with four wins, and one loss.
Both India and England are bidding for their second T20 World Cup title. India won the inaugural edition in 2007, while England lifted the trophy three years later.
The semi-final will see Pakistan, who faces the Group 1 winners and New Zealand’s runners up last year in Sydney.
Betway’s Pietersen stated that while the cricket world would love to see Pakistan beat India in the finals, there is a good chance it will be England v Pakistan.
